To support literacy of all kinds in Katy's youth, we're hosting the STEM Storytime program to encourage young readers to also explore science, technology, engineering, and math. Because these Storytimes require specific supplies, we require registration for attendance so we know how many we're expecting, and sadly will have to cap the attendees to ensure everyone can get any assistance they need.
This month, we're reading Love, Z by Jessie Sima and making some science-y Valentines!
There is a $5 fee for this event, which includes all required supplies.
We will be able to accommodate 20 attendees between the ages of 5 and 9.
PAY ONLINE (no PayPal account necessary)
*If tickets are sold out online, call 281-578-7770 to check availibility.
From the creator of Not Quite Narwhal comes the story of a young robot trying to find the meaning of “love.”
When a small robot named Z discovers a message in a bottle signed “Love, Beatrice,” they decide to find out what “love” means. Unable to get an answer from the other robots, they leave to embark on an adventure that will lead them to Beatrice—and back home again, where love was hiding all along.
