Sadly, scheduled panelist Lani Forbes lost her battle to cancer on February 3, 2022. We are still featuring her titles because they are excellent works of fiction from an amazing author we lost too soon.
USA Today bestselling author Aileen Erin is half-Irish, half-Mexican, and 100% nerd--from Star Wars (prequels don't count) to Star Trek (TNG FTW). She geeks out on Tolkien's linguistics, and has a severe fascination with the supernatural. Aileen has a BS in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. She lives with her husband and daughter in Texas and spends her days doing her favorite things: reading books, creating worlds, and kicking ass.
Aileen is proud to announce her new YA space opera series Aunare Chronicles, beginning with Off Planet. On a polluted Earth where only corporations hold sway, Maité Martinez is the daughter of an Earther Latina and a powerful Aunare man, an alien race that SpaceTech sees as a threat. When tensions turn violent, Maité finds herself trapped on Earth and forced into hiding. She is also the author of the hugely popular werewolf YA Alpha Girl series, which has sold more than 500,000 copies. Aileen Erin is the founder and CEO of Ink Monster, building worlds filled with girl power and happily ever afters. You can find her at www.aileenerin.com or on Instagram @aileenerin.
Judy I. Lin was born in Taiwan and immigrated to Canada with her family at a young age. She grew up with her nose in a book and loved to escape to imaginary worlds. She now works as an occupational therapist and still spends her nights dreaming up imaginary worlds of her own. She lives on the Canadian prairies with her husband and daughter. A Magic Steeped in Poison is her debut novel.
Aminah Mae Safi is a Muslim-American writer. Safi was the winner of the We Need Diverse Books short story contest, and that story appeared in the anthology Fresh Ink. She lives in Los Angeles, California, with her partner and cat. Travelers Along the Way: A Robin Hood Remix is her fourth YA novel, after Not the Girls You're Looking For, Tell Me How You Really Feel, and This Is All Your Fault.
New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Tracy Wolff wrote her first short story--something with a rainbow and a prince--in second grade. By ten, she'd read everything in the young adult and classics sections of her local bookstore. A one-time English professor with more than fifty novels to her name, she now devotes most of her time to writing and dreaming up heroes. She also writes under the name Tracy Deebs and lives in Austin, Texas, with her family. Visit her online at tracywolffbooks.com.

Everything feels off—especially me. I’ve returned to Katmere Academy, but I’m haunted by fragments of days I have no recollection of living and struggling to understand who, or what, I really am.

No one survived the last battle unscathed. Flint is angry at the world, Jaxon is turning into something I don’t recognize, and Hudson has put up a wall I’m not sure I’ll ever break through.
